Lochcarron
Fire & rescue service is now a retained unit in the remote north West coast
of Scotland , we are Part of the Highlands & Islands Fire and Rescue service.
Being retained means we do other jobs but carry emergency pagers 24/7.
We
have a crew of ten at the moment. We Train every week as well as various courses
away at the Invergordon training School.
As
well as emergency call outs an important part of our new role is Community fire
