Station Open Day & Charity Car wash 25th April
Station Open day 19th August 2006
A well attended Station Open day was held on August 19th 2006 to give members of the public a chance to look around the new station & get further information about fire safety. There was a Bouncy Castle for the youngsters, a demonstration of extrication techniques; barbecue; and car washing as well as guided tours of the station. Thanks to everyone who came & donated Food & items for the day. Moneys raised will go towards local charities and the fire benevolent fund.

The Fire engine and equipment on display at Lochcarron Highland Games 15th July 2006.
The Crew managed to raise quite a bit of money for local Charities and the Fire benevolent fund.

The New station official opening was held on 13th May 2006

The Kyle brigade Annual Charity Raft race 2006 was on Saturday 8th July.
We were awarded The firebrigade trophy this year for first all firefighter team to finish. This event raises a lot of money every year for local Charities. A big Thankyou to Kyle for hosting & organizing the event.

A quiz night was held on Friday the 10th March 2006, at the Rockvilla Hotel, to raise funds for this years Fireworks display. Many Thanks to Pete & Wendy Bartlett for running this for us. Thanks also to everyone who supported the event.

The Lochcarron Fire Brigade organizes & runs the local Bonfire Fireworks display . It is held at the Lochcarron Battery park car park.

On Saturday the 15th Jan 2005, we organised a sponsored walk in full BA kit to raise money for the tsunami disaster appeal.
We raised over £600.

Ollie & Vicky Visited the Lochcarron Brownies on the 25th October 2004 to talk about Fire prevention & the Firework Code. We also went to see the Guides on the 26th.
