ABOUT US
Lochcarron Fire & rescue service is a Retained unit in the remote North West coast of Scotland , we are Part of the Highlands & Islands Fire and Rescue service.
Being retained means we do other jobs but carry emergency pagers and are on call for a minumum of 120 hours per week.

We now have a full crew of 12.
We Train every week as well as at various courses at Invergordon Fire Service training School and at other locations.

As well as emergency call outs an important part of our new role is Community fire safety. Contact us for advice or for a home fire safety visit.
